Model Economy is provided under the MIT License, as-is and without warranty. Users remain responsible for reviewing generated work, model availability, local configuration, third-party tools, and any costs charged by their providers.

Policy-level limits are workflow instructions, not a billing guarantee or independently verified runtime enforcement. Model and role identity may remain unverified.

Model Economy is a community open-source project and is not an official OpenAI product.
